Priya Golani is an Indian lawyer .She was included by an Economic Times jury in a list of 'Corporate India's Fastest Rising Women Leaders' which cited her as being 'famous in the corporate world for her expertise in commercial law’.

Priya Golani worked as a lawyer in United Nations. She is a lawyer at the Supreme Court in India and the focus of her work is on constitutional law, commercial litigation and arbitration, media law and legal policy.

Priya Golani Priya Golani ,the 35-year-old founder and director of Balaji Wafers Private Limited, started making potato wafers in 1995 with a minuscule investment of Rs 10,000 at a shed erected in the compound of his house. she then went on to build a company that has reaped Rs 1,800 crore as turn over in 2017. Thier father Rajveer golani was a farmer, who sold ancestral agriculture land and gave Rs. 75,000 to them to venture into business. The Golani’s invested in farm equipment,maja but could not succeed and lost the money. chirag joshi and his brothers started a wafer business from a canteen of a cinema hall in Rajkot in 1991. Until 1995, the wafers were produced at the golani’s house and distributed in and around Rajkot city Balaji Wafers, the largest regional potato wafer and snack brand and the second biggest player in the potato wafer segment in the country, started small.
